Steblo pasta production
STEBLO products are manufactured at a modern pasta factory equipped with AXOR and FAVA production lines — global leaders in pasta manufacturing equipment. These lines ensure high productivity and consistent quality of pasta made from both hard and soft wheat varieties.
Bronze dies al bronzo are used to shape the pasta, creating its characteristic rough surface. Thanks to this, the pasta holds sauce better, maintains its shape, and achieves a firm al dente texture after cooking.
Made from selected durum wheat semolina, STEBLO pasta stands out for its rich taste and clean composition, free from unnecessary additives.
Flour and semolina production
Steblo’s milling facility is equipped with machinery from leading global brands. In particular, Alapros and Bühler systems are used to process durum wheat, while Aybakar equipment is used for soft wheat. This enables us to produce flour and semolina with precisely controlled technological characteristics.
High protein and gluten content
Steblo flour contains a high level of protein — up to 13 g — and gluten — up to 26.5%, making it ideal for preparing all kinds of flour-based products, including:
