The steblo.net website (hereinafter – the Site) is operated by a legal entity registered in accordance with the laws of Ukraine – Private Enterprise “Zakhidnyi Buh” (hereinafter – the Company). The Company’s administration pays significant attention to protecting the personal data of its users. Site users may browse the Site without providing any personal data. However, to register a personal account as an agricultural producer or to view the terms of or participate in tenders announced by the Company, we require your contact information. Users are asked to review the information below and note that the provisions of the privacy policy may change from time to time, so it is necessary to check them periodically.
General provisions
1.1. This privacy policy is developed in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, including, but not limited to, the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” dated June 1, 2010, No. 2297-VI regarding Site Users, and establishes procedures for obtaining, collecting, storing, processing, using, protecting, and disclosing personal data of Site Users.
1.2. This privacy policy constitutes an adhesion agreement under Article 634 of the Civil Code of Ukraine and explains how information about you is collected, how it is used, and disclosed by the Company when the personal data subject (hereinafter – User) visits the web pages accessible via the domain name (address) steblo.net.
1.3. By using the Site, the User also consents to the processing of their personal data and confirms that they have been informed about the purpose, procedure, and other conditions of data processing in accordance with Articles 6, 8, 10, 11 of the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” and the provisions of Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council dated April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR).
1.4. By visiting the Site, the User accepts this privacy policy and allows the Company to collect, use, and disclose information about them for the purposes outlined below.
1.5. The User confirms that they have sufficient legal capacity under the current legislation of Ukraine to provide consent to this privacy policy and the processing of personal data under the terms stated in this document. If the User does not have sufficient legal capacity, the User confirms that consent has been provided by their parents, guardians, or caretakers, who have full civil capacity and are authorized under Ukrainian law to provide such consent.
1.6. The Company recommends reviewing the privacy policy before using the Site and providing personal data to understand the methods available to protect privacy.
1.7. This policy applies only to this Site and does not extend to websites that users may visit through links on this Site.
1.8. By registering a personal account on the Site, submitting an application (message) via the feedback form, or otherwise communicating with the Company through the Site, the User additionally consents to the collection and processing by the Company of the provided information, including name and surname, phone number, email address, account or subscription details, and other provided data.
1.9. Other data is collected automatically when the User interacts with the Site, including technical information such as IP address, browser type and operating system, date, time, and duration of visit, pages viewed, and account or subscription creation data.
1.10. We may also use cookies and similar technologies for convenience and personalization. Cookies and other tracking technologies may include user settings (language, saved sessions), site usage statistics, and content personalization information.
1.11. The Company does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by Site users.
1.12. The User is responsible for keeping their personal data up to date. The Company is not liable for poor performance or non-performance of obligations due to outdated or inaccurate User information.
1.13. The User understands that negligent handling of personal data and authorization data (login, password) may allow third parties unauthorized access to their account and personal data. The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from such access.
Purpose of collecting and processing personal data
2.1. User information, including personal data, is used to ensure civil, tax, and accounting relations and to fulfill contractual obligations.
2.2. The purpose of obtaining, storing, processing, and using personal data is to protect the interests of both the User and the Company, as well as to provide services, including displaying personalized or general information and improving service quality when selling goods and providing services through the Site.
2.3. The Company uses personal information collected via the Site for:
- providing requested information and services;
- security and fraud prevention;
- quality customer support;
- site personalization;
- displaying personalized advertising when visiting the Site;
- providing Users with special offers and other information deemed relevant (only with their consent);
- informing Users about their Site usage;
- inviting Users to participate in surveys or leave feedback;
- better understanding User needs and interests;
- improving content, functionality, and usability of the Site;
- improving Company products and services;
- improving marketing and advertising activities;
- any other purposes specified in the privacy notice or agreements between the Company and Users.
2.4. The Company may use contact information for newsletters, including updates on new opportunities, promotions, and Company news, as well as other marketing messages about products and services that may interest the User. Users may opt out by sending an email to the Company.
Rights of personal data subjects
3.1. A data subject has the right to:
- know the sources, location, purpose of processing, and the location of the data controller or request this information;
- obtain information on access conditions and third parties receiving personal data;
- access their personal data;
- receive a response within 30 calendar days of a request about whether their data is being processed, and access the content;
- submit a motivated objection to data processing;
- request changes or deletion of data if processed unlawfully or inaccurately;
- protect personal data from illegal processing, loss, destruction, or disclosure of inaccurate information;
- file complaints with the Commissioner or court;
- exercise legal remedies for violations of data protection law;
- impose limitations on data processing during consent;
- withdraw consent to data processing;
- know the mechanism of automated data processing;
- protection from automated decisions with legal consequences;
- other rights provided by law.
Information collection
4.1. Information is collected voluntarily during registration or automatically.
4.2. By accessing the Site, the User agrees to automatic data collection.
4.3. The Site uses cookies and similar technologies for convenience and efficiency. Users may modify browser settings to limit cookies, though some functions may not work correctly.
Use of information
5.1. Personal information provided by the User is used for the purposes outlined in these rules or Site pages. The Company may use User information for:
- site and business administration;
- site personalization;
- enabling access to available services;
- sending non-marketing commercial messages;
- sending emails requested by the User;
- sending newsletters if subscribed;
- sending marketing messages about the Company or related third-party activities (with consent);
- providing statistical data to third parties (without identifying Users);
- processing User requests and complaints;
- ensuring site security and fraud prevention;
- verifying compliance with Site terms;
- other purposes.
5.2. By agreeing to this policy or providing information, the User consents to processing and transfer of information.
Information sharing
6.1. The Company may provide personal data as required by law or this policy.
6.2. Third parties receive access only to perform specific tasks and must maintain confidentiality.
6.3. Information may be provided to:
- partners and service providers (hosting, technical support, emails, payment processing);
- government authorities, as required by law;
- in case of business restructuring (merger, acquisition, reorganization), data may be transferred to a new owner under privacy rules.
Data modification/deletion
7.1. Users may refuse to provide personal data, block cookies, or opt out of marketing emails by contacting the Company.
7.2. Some Site functions may be disabled if information is changed or deleted.
7.3. Personal data is stored until deleted by the User.
7.4. Notification of deletion or processing will be sent to the User’s email.
Policy changes
8.1. The Company may change the privacy policy by posting a new version on the Site.
8.2. Users must monitor policy changes themselves.
8.3. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes consent.
8.4. Users who do not agree must stop using the Site.

Users may request information about database locations with ID verification.
Data protection
10.1. The Company takes reasonable measures to protect personal data from loss, theft, misuse, or unauthorized access.
10.2. Despite protection measures, confidentiality of data transmitted via the internet cannot be guaranteed. The Company is not liable for damages caused by unauthorized access beyond its control.
Additional terms
11.1. If any provision of the policy is deemed illegal or invalid, it does not affect other valid provisions. Invalid clauses are adjusted as needed for enforceability.
11.2. This policy applies to the User from the moment they consent to personal data processing and remains in effect while any data is stored.
11.3. Ukrainian law applies to relations between the Company and the User, and Ukrainian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
